This site is educational only. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. The symptom self-check cannot tell you whether you have sinusitis, hay fever, allergic rhinitis or any other condition. Only a qualified clinician can do that.
What this site is
BioRune Lab publishes plain-language explainers and self-assessment questionnaires about respiratory and sinus health, and points readers to published books and public health resources for further reading. It is an information site. It is not a clinic, a pharmacy, a telehealth service or a bookshop.
No medical relationship
Using this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship between you and BioRune Lab. We cannot and do not assess individual cases.
The symptom self-check
The questionnaire sorts your answers into a broad descriptive pattern for educational purposes. It is not validated as a clinical screening instrument, it produces no diagnosis, and its output should not be used to start, stop or change any medication or treatment.
Seek professional care if symptoms persist beyond ten days, keep recurring, or worsen after appearing to improve. Seek urgent medical care for severe facial pain, high fever, vision changes, swelling around the eye, confusion or difficulty breathing.

Book covers, titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and editorial reference.
